Although we collect credit card information to process your transactions, we will not store your personal credit card information helping ensure your privacy and security.

We also collect and store information about the products purchased and website pages viewed by all of our website visitors. This generic website information, about how our website is navigated, which hypertext links are hit or skipped, and where orders are placed, does not tell us who you are and does not reveal your personal information. Instead, our goal is to use the generic website information to improve your experience by being more responsive to website visitors' needs and preferences.

Return Policy

We will accept returns if they are unopened and unused and have been purchased from our website within a 30 day period. Since we don't store personal payment information, you will need to notify us at customerservice@blazinbeverage.com and alert us to your return, the reason for the return, and the original payment method. Returns will be credited to you within 2 weeks, and exchanges will be mailed out when original product is received and inspected. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Shipping Policy

Blazin' will ship most packages within 24-48 hours, unless the inventory is not available, at which time Blazin' will contact the customer and notify them of the Sold-Out inventory. All shipments will be sent either Fed-Ex or USPS ground, and should be received by purchaser within 5-10 business days. If you would like a quicker shipment method please contact customerservice@blazinbeverage.com and notify us how you would prefer to receive your package. You will be responsible for the fees associated with any changes made to shipments for expedited service.
